Amélia is a PhD student in Management. Her research interests include: Organizational Behavior, Resilience, Adaptive Performance, Learning, Personal Growth, Job Crafting and Burnout applied to Management. She was a visiting PhD Scholar at Erasmus University in Rotterdam. She has been Teaching Assistant and Grader of Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Big Data and International Business. Her professional background has been in Marketing, Sales and Consulting in private companies.
