Inclusive recruitment seeks to promote the employability of people with disabilities by providing greater access to opportunities in the labor market and companies hiring employees with disabilities.
There are two paths that companies can follow to achieve inclusive recruitment. On the one hand, they can adapt their internal recruiting process. On the other hand, they can choose external recruitment, which specializes in including people with disabilities.

The Manual of Good Practices is the result of the systematization of the good practices presented by the signatory companies of the Commitment to Inclusion, as a response to the main challenges they have identified in the area of Inclusive Recruitment.
These good practices were worked on as part of the Inclusive Talks working session dedicated to these companies in January 2024, and then systematized by the Inclusive Community Forum team.
The campaign Todos Incluídos aims to connect job seekers with disabilities to the job market through a platform that brings together various inclusive recruitment partners.
Through the Todos Incluídos platform, people with disabilities and companies will be able to find the Inclusive Recruitment Partners that best match their preferences—partners who are prepared to assist throughout the various stages of the process, with the goal of successful recruitment.
