The Nova SBE Continuity Scholarship is an initiative aligned with the social mobility policy of Nova SBE. This program allows students who finish their Bachelor's degree at Nova SBE and are admitted to one of its Master's programs to continue to have the possibility to enjoy an education of excellence, allowing the school to support more students by broadening the eligibility threshold of the Nova SBE Social Mobility Scholarship, facilitating access, promoting social mobility and increasing diversity among our students.
Eligibility
Students who obtained a Bachelor’s degree at Nova SBE or who are in the process of concluding it and who were admitted to any Master’s program at Nova SBE, and whose per capita gross income is less than 40 times the value of the IAS.
Value
This scholarship can cover 50 % or 100 % of the tuition fee value of the Master’s program.
When a student is granted different scholarships within Nova SBE, the funding cannot exceed 70 % of the total amount of the tuition fee for the Master’s program, except in cases where the funding comes entirely from a 100 % social mobility scholarship.
The scholarship prize does not fund the amounts related to the application fee, the first installment of tuition paid as the enrollment fee, the CEMS program, the Double Degree program, the amount value associated with additional semesters, exchange programs, or Executive Master's programs.
Application
To apply, candidates need to show their interest in the Nova SBE Social Mobility Scholarship at the time of their application to the Master’s program and submit the most recent household tax return properly identified. The documents must be originals or copies, accompanied by a sworn translation into English or Portuguese if they are written in any other language.
Applications are available for the Fall and Spring Intakes, and cannot be considered after the application to the Master's program has been submitted.
Candidates are responsible for checking their emails regularly during this process (including spam and the trash folder).
Scholarships are awarded on a rolling basis to applicants, which means that the budget available for scholarships may be used before the end of the Master's admission cycle. Due to the high volume of deserving candidates and the limited funding available for scholarships, we strongly recommend that you apply as early as possible.
