The Career Program offers a comprehensive series of activities - including workshops, career events, and company networking opportunities - designed to help you build market knowledge and define your personal and professional goals. Through targeted skill development, you will be equipped to become a highly competitive candidate and a thoughtful, well-rounded professional.

1:1 Career Counselling 

You will deepen your knowledge about yourself and use that insight to make more informed decisions about your next steps. In 1:1 career counselling sessions, you’ll get guidance when you’re unsure and practical support to help you prepare for job interviews and navigate recruitment processes.

Deciding what you want for your future is never easy, but Nova SBE can help you. To offer students a chance to discover where they can excel and have a meaningful career, we also share OBIPNOVA.

This is a NOVA University Lisbon’s Rectory initiative that involves all NOVA schools. It aims to produce information about the career trajectory of all NOVA students regardless of their study cycle. Every year, it evaluates the professional activity of those who graduated to provide the NOVA community rigorous and reliable indicators about the career and placement of its graduates’ achievements.
