Empower for Progress

Over the past eight years, the Nova SBE Leadership for Impact Knowledge Center has established itself as a dedicated space for seeding and building social impact. We believe real progress happens when strong academic knowledge meets meaningful action. Our mission is to bridge theory and practice, helping organizations perform better while contributing positively to society. 

Guided by our vision to Empower for Progress, we focus on three pillars: preparing the Leadership of the Future, exploring New Forms of Organizing for Impact, and Advancing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. We recognize that in a complex global landscape, traditional sustainability is often not enough; we must meet organizations and individuals where they are and support their unique journeys toward progress. 

With a community of 50 members and over 40 partners, we are committed to being stewards of our social and environmental context. By fostering deep collaboration and a culture of care, we strive to contribute to a more inclusive and resilient tomorrow for all.
