Empower for Progress

Founded in 2017, the Nova SBE Leadership for Impact Knowledge Center combines scientific research, impactful projects, and innovative educational programs to seed and build social impact. Guided by our vision to empower for progress, we bring together academia, organizations, and society to shape a more inclusive and sustainable future.

At the heart of our work is the triple bottom line: advancing research excellence, fostering projects with real-world impact, and designing educational programs that prepare leaders to address today’s and tomorrow’s challenges.

Our research agenda is structured around three pillars — Leadership of the Future, New Forms of Organizing for Impact, and Advancing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion — reflecting the issues we see as critical for the years ahead.

Through international partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders, the Nova SBE Leadership for Impact Knowledge Center continues to translate knowledge into action, pairing academic understanding with practical solutions that strengthen leadership, drive social innovation, and scale impact globally.
