Vera Fearns is a PhD student in Management at Nova SBE with an interdisciplinary background in Design, the Humanities and Human Geography. Her research centres around aesthetic spheres of organising, their role for transformation and the development of innovative affective and artistic research and dissemination methodologies to engage with contemporary and future challenges. She is part of the Board of Directors of the Design Futures Initiative and previously held positions at the the TU München, EU Business School, University of Dundee, the Angewandte Vienna and at the BMW Group.
