When applying to the Master’s in Management or the International Master’s in Management, you should select the Hospitality & Customer Experience Area of Expertise. You will follow four mandatory courses and a full range of electives allowing you to experience the best of the two worlds: Management technical & applied Knowledge.

As digital interaction becomes a commodity, providing a unique experience to customers, searching for the human touch is becoming a key differentiating factor in sectors like healthcare, retail, banking, senior citizen living, entertainment and many others. This Area of Expertise is only available for students who applied to the Fall intake and got accepted. It cannot be coupled with a Double Degree, the CEMS MIM program, and/or other areas of expertise.

Exchange available on 3rd or 4th semester, on request at additional cost.

Innovation Projects

The Area of Expertise in Hospitality & Customer Experience also includes a complementary innovation program that will guide students on an entrepreneurial journey where they can develop their creativity and entrepreneurial skills, their projects, and even potentially start their businesses.

The Nova SBE Westmont Institute of Tourism & Hospitality team will support students in developing their innovation projects through regular contact with relevant corporate partners.
