The fourth edition of Inclusive Talks, the annual event of the Inclusive Community Forum (ICF), a Nova School of Business & Economics (Nova SBE) initiative dedicated to the lives of people with disabilities, is coming up, and it will welcome companies, social organizations, people with disabilities, and students to retrospect on its first years and present the next activity plan.

The ICF is about to organize the 2022 edition of Inclusive Talks, an annual event in which it presents to civil society the main outcomes of the themes it has been working on since the initiative was created.

This will be the fourth edition, and it will take place on October 18, at 6.00 pm, at the Nova SBE campus, and it will focus, for the first time, on the impact that the work it has been developing regarding the employment and education of people with disabilities over the last five years through the testimonials of the ICF’s stakeholders and beneficiaries.

The ICF will also present some of its milestones and what can be expected from the next work cycle. Lastly, to continue fostering the companies’ will and enthusiasm to hire people with disabilities, the ICF will challenge the 44 companies that had already signed the Commitment to Inclusion” document, which officiates their commitment to being more inclusive and that will now feature new companies, to renew their interest. They will also invite new companies to join this group and sign this pledge.

The ICF is a project that was suggested by Rui Diniz, who challenged Nova SBE to promote a more open and inclusive community for people with disabilities. Thus, the ICF calls for the community’s active participation in developing structured initiatives that allow solving some of the main obstacles to the inclusion of people with disabilities.

To be part of the 2022 edition of Inclusive Talks, you must register your presence.
