Fostering its role as an open ground for a new way of learning, sharing, and growing together, Nova School of Business & Economics (Nova SBE) will again welcome an important event entirely organized by students. It's the 2022 edition of Marketing Wave, a two-day event dedicated to marketing and its role nowadays, taking place on February 15 and 16.

Nova SBE will welcome, on February 15 and 16, another edition of Marketing Wave, an event dedicated to marketing and the fundamental role it plays in different sectors of civil society. This year, it will focus on the interaction between companies and consumers in a post-pandemic scenario in Tourism, Digital Marketing, Retail, and Consumption.

After the success of Marketing Wave 2021, which analyzed the influence of this area and the importance of adaptability by brands and their products during a pandemic and in a more digital context, the 2022 edition returns under the topic "New normal: the importance of human interaction in a post-pandemic scenario?".

With representatives from companies such as L'Oréal, Pestana Hotel Group, Procter & Gamble, Deloitte, Dove, Jerónimo Martins, GroupM and Uber Eats, and influencers like Inês Rochinha, Bárbara Corby e Mafalda Castro, Marketing Wave 2022 will have several panel discussions and talks to explore the importance of the interaction between companies and consumers and how it can be decisive to dictate new rules in the market.

The Marketing Wave 2022 is organized by NOMA Marketing Consulting Student Club, a Nova SBE student club. After an edition entirely held online, it returns to the Carcavelos Campus to gather stakeholders and enable sharing knowledge, ideas, and strategies to answer this edition's main challenges and guide its participants into the trends for 2022.
