For the second consecutive time, Nova Junior Consulting, a Nova School of Business & Economics (Nova SBE), won a prestigious junior consulting award, being considered the “The Most Promising Junior Enterprise” by Junior Enterprises Portugal.
During the JeniAL Awards’ ceremony, which took place online on March 26, 27, and 28, due to the current pandemic, Nova Junior Consulting – a Nova SBE student club that provides consulting services in the strategic, management, and financial areas for startups, SMEs, and corporations, and develops pro-bono projects for NGOs – was recognized with the “The Most Promising Junior Enterprise” award for outstanding development in the past years.
The award recognizes the junior enterprises with the most significant potential in Portugal, which is measured by their organizational development, quality of business provided, impact, and long-term vision. It was awarded by Junior Enterprises Portugal, established in 2012 to encourage the exponential growth of junior enterprises and promote the creation of cross-cultural synergies.
Several representatives from companies such as Sonae and Deloitte and representatives from the Secretary of State for Youth and Sport were present. The award was also a recognition of the student club's support structures to guarantee the quality of its services. The creation of an Advisory Board, in which different faculty members from Nova SBE are part of, and a growth in revenue and outstanding client satisfaction were vital for this recognition.
Nova Junior Consulting credits this accolade to the meaningful connection it has established with companies such as BCG, Deloitte, and Mastercard and the mindset and multicultural structure provided by its international members. Another decisive factor was the constant collaboration with Nova SBE on projects such as the Social Leapfrog program and the consulting projects alongside NGOs as part of their corporate social responsibility strategy.
Nova Junior Consulting is one of the many Nova SBE student clubs known for mobilizing towards professional objectives, common interests, or innovative ideas. Congratulations!
