Dr. Christoph Franz is the Chairman of Board of Directors of Roche Holding Ltd since March 2014. Prior to this, he served as Chairman and CEO of the Lufthansa Group from 2011 to 2014, and as CEO of Swiss International Air Lines from 2004 to 2009. His Masterclass will be a unique opportunity to know his perspective on career development, leadership challenges, and the necessary qualifications for the job market in the future.
