Academic Information 2021-2022

Classes

We are planning to start the 2021/22 academic year entirely on-campus in September.

All programs will have classes on-campus. Some have part of the classes online, and the models vary depending on the program and the course. Streaming of classes will be available in exceptional circumstances upon approval from the Pedagogical Council. For more information, please check the courses' syllabi. The only situation where all classes will fully be resumed online is in case of a new full lockdown and/or by the government or health authorities' imposition.

Students must attend the section they are enrolled in.

All exams and other evaluation moments will be taking place on campus. Students in exceptional circumstances will be able to request permission for alternatives from the Pedagogical Council.

Students must keep faculty informed of any exceptional situations.

Teaching Models by Program

All courses of the Bachelor's programs are delivered in a presential model (although a hybrid model of remote and in-person classes may be available for some courses). Information about the specific model that each course follows is available in the courses' Syllabus on Moodle. Access to streaming is only available in extraordinary situations and must be approved by the Pedagogical Council (on a case-by-case basis). Students must attend the session they are enrolled in.

All courses of the Master's programs are delivered in a presential model (although a hybrid model of remote and in-person classes may be available for some courses). Information about the specific model that each course follows is available in the courses' Syllabus on Moodle. Access to streaming is only available in extraordinary situations and must be approved by the Pedagogical Council (in a case-by-case basis). Students must attend the session they are enrolled in.

All class activities for the PhD programs will be held on-campus.

Nova SBE Events

Nova SBE has decided to postpone the graduation ceremonies scheduled for November 2020 and January 2021. These ceremonies took place in September 2021.
