The study “Re-Imagining Work”, led by Filipa Castanheira and carried by the students of Master in International Management CEMS at Nova SBE, in partnership with BNP Paribas, showed that more than 86% of students and 60% of employees from several Portuguese and international companies revealed a preference for a hybrid work model.
