The second episode of Zona de Impacto, the Nova SBE podcast in partnership with Expresso, is now on the air. The theme was mental health and the journalist Helena Bento spoke with the students Maria Penas and Mário Vaz, and with Pedro Pita Barros. They referred how, during the pandemic, Nova SBE was reorganized and students were mobilized to help each other, and the initiatives launched. They also gave examples of other initiatives that can inspire companies, organizations, and other workplaces where employee mental health is not yet a priority.
