"Dogs at the workplace: a multiple case study"
Miguel Pina e Cunha study Dogs at the workplace: a multiple case study analyses the presence of dogs in organizations and the impact of company policies that allow pets. “We found that members of organizations consider that dogs can reduce their stress, improve communication and promote social cohesion”, said the professor. He also mentioned that there is evidence that in workplaces where dogs are present “problems are addressed openly; employees have autonomy of work, with flexibility for breaks and greater tolerance for failure and errors.”
