She is theauthor and co-author of several books, text-books, book chapters and articlesin academic journals, such as the InternationalJournal of HRM; Journal of Organizational Change Management; EuropeanManagement Journal; Leadership;International Business Review; or Journal of Managerial Psychology. She wasVice-President of the Iberoamerican Academy of Management, and Editor-in-chiefof Management Research.
