Tomé Salgueiro is a PhD student in Management and an Energy & Environmental Engineer. He is primarily interested in social enterprises and other hybrid organizations that face the emergence of competing institutional logics. His research encompasses a mix of qual. and quant. methods deployed in the study of public policy decision-making, the effects of hybridity on stakeholder perception, and social entrepreneurship learning programs. His teaching experience includes the MIM courses of Applied Social Entrepreneurship, Performance and Progress, and Entrepreneurship with Impact.
