Farah is a Principal at ImpactVine Advisors, a management advisory and investment firm. ImpactVine collaborates with global organizations and leaders to design and implement strategies to effectively address their priorities with a focus on increasing their global, societal and leadership footprint. Its venture arm invests in early-stage ideas making an impact in the areas of human development, workforce productivity and the future of work and learning. Farah is also a Venture Partner at Oryx Impact, a European Fund of Funds fostering the eco-system of impact fund managers investing in Africa, with a keen focus on women-led and emerging fund managers. Prior to founding ImpactVine Advisors, Farah was the founder of an education technology venture serving the higher education market across Africa and over half a million students. Farah brings more than 18 years of working at the intersection of business and society, working with leaders in the technology, professional services, non-profit, education and private sector driven international development sectors, across Africa, Asia and North America. Farah started her career in strategy consulting at Deloitte, has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Toronto and an MBA from INSEAD. She is an active mentor for a range of organizations including Google Startups for Sustainable Development (Global), MaRS (Toronto) Emerge VC (London), Antler VC (Global) and is an Entrepreneur in Residence at INSEAD
