Nova School of Business & Economics (Nova SBE) and Nestlé Portugal have partnered once again to launch a new edition of the Open Innovation START and CO. program so that, alongside the well—known food company, they can help co-create the future in the food, nutrition, and well-being areas.
The fourth edition of the Open Innovation START and CO. program, an initiative that results from the partnership between Nova SBE and Nestlé Portugal, officially kicked off this month to identify and select startups that want to grow through synergies, thus establishing new future business ideas alongside Nestlé.
The START and CO. 2022 program has three stages (applications, selection, and co-development) during which a group of activities takes place so that the projects with the most significant impact on people, their communities, and the environment are identified and selected.
In this fourth edition, the selected projects must answer eight specific challenges that already incorporate eight of the territories in which Nestlé already operates and has established and communicated its goals. Much as it happened with previous editions, the Open Innovation START and CO. 2022 projects will have the opportunity to develop their ideas in a real job market environment where they have mentoring and training to design and develop their projects.
