The Financial Times has just released its ranking of the best 100 business schools. In 2021, Nova School of Business & Economics (Nova SBE) was ranked the 23rd best, maintaining its position as the only Portuguese business school in the TOP 40 of this renowned international ranking.

Nova SBE is positioned in the TOP 25, is listed as the 23rd best of the renowned publication, which evaluated 100 business schools with a Master’s in Management worldwide to list the best Master’s international in Management in the world.

The 2021 Financial Times ranking evaluation of the best Master’s in Management concerns 18 indicators that qualify schools in three main categories of analysis: Alumni career progression, diversity, and international experience and research. There is also the additional notes category, included to check diverse elements that complement the quality of the school and the Master’s, though they’re not considered for the ranking’s evaluation.

Nova SBE stands out among the evaluated indicators as the Portuguese school whose students reach the highest salary level in three years. Also, as international mobility goes, it stands out from the other evaluated schools by positioning as the 14th school in the world with the best international career opportunities in international markets, which business schools provide its students.

About the position Nova SBE reached in the 2021 Master's in Management Financial Times ranking, Daniel Traça, Nova SBE's Dean, refers that "the current rank not only highlights Nova SBE as the number one business school in the world in Portugal, but it puts us in the TOP 25 of the best business schools in the world, emphasizing our position internationally latent, for instance, in the school's ability to attract international students. The school's position as the 14th school in the world with the best international career opportunities is also a notable example of that.
