Awards | 16 October 2017 The Lisbon MBA Executive is the only Portuguese MBA in the Financial Times’ ranking

The Lisbon MBA Executive – Católica-Lisbon School of Business and Economics (Católica-Lisbon) and Nova School of Business and Economics’ (Nova SBE) Executive MBA – was ranked 45th best in Europe and 85th best in the world by The Financial Times. The Lisbon MBA Executive, known for being the MBA of the two most renowned business schools in Portugal, is thus the only MBA in Portugal to be featured in the Financial Times’ ranking.

Known for being extremely competitive, this ranking is a world reference in the market and its evaluation criteria includes the three-year salary after the MBA, the percentage of women who are part of the faculty, the diversity, and quality of both faculty and students, internationality, and also the research quality of both business schools. Since 2015, the Lisbon MBA rose 14 positions, and has gained prominence in Portugal for providing a platform in which students from all around the world can get together in a dynamic learning atmosphere and learn from world-class professionals.

For Daniel Traça, Nova SBE’s Dean “It is with great satisfaction that our efforts to provide a quality educational platform, part of the best management and leadership world practices, is recognized. We are increasingly attracting more and more international students, full of potential. This shows the impact that this program has globally.”
