Nova SBE Hosts Its First Job Fair for People With Disabilities
Society | 21 October 2025 Nova SBE Hosts Its First Job Fair for People With Disabilities

The Nova SBE campus will host, on October 22, from 2.00 PM to 6.00 PM, the first Job Fair for People with Disabilities.

The initiative, organized by the Nova SBE Inclusive Community Forum (ICF), will bring together 37 companies that have signed the Commitment to Inclusion, including BNP Paribas, CUF, Santander, and Grupo Manuel Champalimaud. The event is expected to welcome more than 120 people with disabilities seeking new professional opportunities.

Throughout the afternoon, participants will have the opportunity to explore various job openings across sectors such as financial services, consulting, human resources, technology, energy, healthcare, consumer goods, and education, presented by companies from different regions of the country.

Positioned as a space for direct connection between candidates and employers, the event promotes inclusive hiring, networking, and the sharing of best practices, while also offering career counseling, training, and opportunities for experience exchange.

“Inclusion happens when we stop viewing differences as obstacles and start seeing them as value. This fair is an opportunity to prove that talent knows no limits – it simply needs fair opportunities to shine,” says Carmo Ferreira Martins, Project Manager at ICF.

This first edition marks an important step in ICF’s mission to bridge the gap between the labor market and people with disabilities, encouraging organizations to adopt more accessible and diverse recruitment policies.
