The winners of the 2025 Human Resources Awards have been officially announced, and Nova School of Business & Economics (Nova SBE) has once again secured the award in the “Higher Education Institution” category.

This was the 14th edition of the Human Resources Awards, which annually recognize companies, organizations, and individuals who stand out in people management. A total of 34 awards were presented, 26 to companies and organizations, and eight individual awards. Nova SBE/Nova SBE Executive Education emerged as the top winner in the “Higher Education Institution” category.

The winners are determined exclusively by the readers’ votes, with the exception of four special awards given by the Human Resources editorial team. This year, in addition to the recognition of Nova SBE and Nova SBE Executive Education for their impact, one that goes far beyond the classroom, Pedro Brito, Associate Dean of Nova SBE, also received a special individual honor.

Among the professionals who were distinguished, Pedro Brito, current Associate Dean and CEO of Nova SBE Executive Education, was awarded the Communication Award in “People Management.”

This year’s ceremony was held at Clube – Monsanto Secret Spot in Lisbon, in an event hosted by Carla Rocha, a presenter, producer, and director at the Renascença Multimedia Group.
