The Lisbon MBA Católica | Nova has climbed 14 positions in the Financial Times Executive MBA Ranking 2024, securing the 49th position globally. This marks a significant improvement of 35 places in just two years. In Europe, the program has also excelled, entering the TOP 25 and establishing itself as the best Executive MBA in Portugal.
This extraordinary result reaffirms The Lisbon MBA as the only MBA in Portugal consistently ranked by the Financial Times since 2013, both for the Executive MBA and the International MBA (the full-time program), standing out among the best in the world.
In addition to its global ascent, the program excels in various employability and career progression metrics. With an average gross annual salary close to USD 205,000 and a 66% increase in the average salary of its graduates three years after completion, it ranks in the top 15 in this indicator among other MBAs in Europe (salary difference before the MBA and three years after the MBA). This result reflects the remarkable ability of The Lisbon MBA students to achieve leadership positions and advance their careers post-graduation.
The Lisbon MBA Executive also stands out in sustainability indicators: the program ranks 11th in Europe in carbon footprint, calculated by the carbon emissions reported in the business schools’ reports, CATÓLICA-LISBON and Nova SBE, and is among the top 30 MBAs in Europe in the ESG (Environment, Social & Governance) criterion, reflecting the percentage of this component in the curriculum of The Lisbon MBA Executive.
