Executive Master's in Marketing & Strategy

How to create value in an ever-changing world? In an increasingly dynamic and competitive market, Strategy and Marketing must be seen as drivers of change, essential to create value in organizations. It is important to deepen knowledge in these areas, emphasizing the components of innovation and digitization and promoting a strategic look focused on the market.

Through an integrated learning journey where students acquire knowledge through teachers and by sharing their own experiences, this training aims to bridge the gap between knowledge and its application. It will take students to the frontier of knowledge by equipping them with a set of tools for analyzing the market and the competitive positioning of companies, clarifying their practical application, thus allowing them to master the "rules of the game" of competition and placing them in favor of the organization.

1st semester
Composed of a set of mandatory curricular units that are specific to the area of this Master's and a set of optional curricular units that allow students to deepen their knowledge in complementary areas of management and innovation.

2nd semester
Dedicated to the development of the final work, consisting of a practical application project. Aimed at students already in the labor market, with professional experience, it combines more active learning methodologies, allowing the sharing of knowledge among peers. By adding to the teachings transmitted by the teachers, it will lead to the consolidation of students' knowledge.

The Executive Master's aims to expose students to content in the areas of Strategy and Marketing, preparing them to deal with the important challenges that companies face today. In this context, the work project is intended to prepare students for research activities that are applied to the business reality, either qualitative or quantitative, in close collaboration with the supervisor.

The program has a group of mentors – professionals with vast experience – who will be an asset in monitoring students in the development of their work projects due to their positions and careers. Students can develop the work project on a challenge from the company where they work or from one of the program's partner firms, providing alternative visions and disruptive methodologies for uniting practice and theory.

In preparing the work projects, students will benefit from a set of protocols with partners with the following objectives:

  • Contribute to student employability and networking.
  • Facilitate the integration of this Master's in the training plan for up-skilling and re-skilling of organizational staff.
  • Support students who want to carry out the work project on a challenge for their company.
