Freemover Students

• Academic Transcript – only transcripts in English or Portuguese will be accepted
• CV in English
• ID Document (either Passport or National ID card)
• Professional passport photo
• Confirmation of English Level B2:

- IELTS 6
- TOEFL iBT 80
- CFE minimum 170 or grade C (minimum 170),
- CAE Advanced (any grade),
- CPE with any pass grade,
- High school education fully taught in English or Bachelor’s fully taught in English,
- Mother tongue declaration /bi-lingual.
 

Academic Eligibility

• Freemover students may apply to Bachelor's and Master's level courses.
• Students may enroll in elective courses up to 31.5 ECTS per semester, subject to class availability.
• To enroll in Master's elective courses, students must have completed at least three years of a Bachelor's degree (180 ECTS).

Student Status

• Freemover students are not registered as regular degree students.
• It is not possible to complete a degree at Nova SBE under Freemover status.

Student Responsibilities

Freemover students are responsible for organizing all aspects of their study period independently, including:

• Admission and enrollment procedures
• Visa arrangements
• Accommodation
• Travel and living expenses
• Academic expenses

Application Process

• Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
• Admission decisions are sent by email within a maximum of 7 weeks from submission.
• For the best performance of the application platform, we recommend using Google Chrome during the application period.
• Applications with errors may be corrected according to instructions from the Admissions Team, provided corrections are submitted before the final deadline (unless otherwise stated by email).

For Bachelor’s Level Courses:

• European Union Students: € 2250 per semester
• Non-European Union Students: € 4500 per semester

For Master’s Level Courses: € 5600

Fee to be applied per semester regardless of the number of enrolled courses.

For all students: 36.5€ in administrative costs.

• The standard payment deadline is 7 calendar days (no exceptions).
• Available payment methods: Flywire and Credit Card.
