Re-Entry

Re-entry is the process by which a student, after interrupting their studies in a given higher education institution/course pair, re-enrolls in the same institution and in the same or a successor program.

The conditions for re-entry into the Master's program are:

  1. Having been enrolled and registered at Nova SBE in the program or in its predecessor program.

 

Applicants who cumulatively meet the following criteria may apply for re-entry:

  1. The applicant has not been prescribed more than once, under the terms defined in Nova SBE's Internal Regulation on Academic Probation;
  2. The applicant has not interrupted the course for more than 3 years (if it exceeds this period, it is subject to validation); and
  3. The applicant must not have any outstanding financial obligations (debts) to Nova SBE.

1 The competition will open at 10 a.m. on the first day and close at 5 p.m. on the last day, Lisbon time.

2 Registration and enrollment must be completed using the link provided to “Approved admitted” candidates. “Approved admitted” candidates who do not enroll within the established deadlines will be prevented from enrolling after the deadline.

Requests submitted outside the specified periods will not be considered.

The formal request for re-entry is made exclusively electronically, using the following link: https://netpa.novasbe.pt/cssnet/.

The application will only be reviewed after confirmation of payment of the application fee.

Accepted applicants will be notified electronically and will have the deadline set in the notification to proceed with enrollment and registration.

Acceptance of the application may require the submission of documents for identity verification—whether authentic or certified—within the time frame and under the terms specified in the acceptance notice.

The academic integration of accepted applicants will always depend on the academic calendar in force and the curriculum offered for the academic year for which they are applying for re-entry.

 

  • Application fee: 70 € (non-refundable)
  • Administrative Costs, include School Insurance (after acceptance)
  • Tuition Fees (after acceptance): Tuition fees depend on the number of courses remaining and their respective type. This information will be provided upon notification of acceptance. (the tuition fees to be applied will be those in effect at the time of enrollment. Please consult the Nova SBE website).
