Oceanplan project explained at "90 segundos de Ciência" program
Catarina Frazão, a researcher at the Nova SBE Environmental Economics Knowledge Center, presented in the 90 Segundos de Ciência (Antena 1) the Oceanplan project, which promotes sustainable ocean planning.
