In the scope of the Nova SBE’s Research Video Series, four more videos were release in our social networks. Two were about our chairs: Miguel Ferreira - BPI | Fundação “la Caixa” Chair in Responsible Finance and Miguel Pina e Cunha Amélia de Mello Foundation Chair. The other two were publications from Miguel Pina e Cunha and other researchers: Gritty leaders promoting employees’ thriving at work, published in the Journal of Management, and Fiscal consolidation programs and income inequality, from Pedro Brinca, Francesco Franco, Hans A. Holter alongside other researchers, published in the International Economic Review.
