Nova SBE Leadership for Impact Knowledge Center, in partnership with the Haddad Foundation, presented the Leadership Observatory 2020 Report, which tackles paradoxical tensions. It analyzed 25 interviews with prominent leaders of organizations acting in Portugal on the topic of "Leadership Challenges" regarding to the leader’s personal journey, business and society challenges, talent management challenges, as well as digital challenges, and work-life balance.
