The Global Centre of Paradox & Organization was launched. It is an international center based at NOVA SBE, created under the framework of the Twinning project EUFORPP, a consortium between Nova SBE City University of London, Université de Genève, LUISS Guido Carli, and Erasmus University of Rotterdam, that is funded by the European Commission. It aims to advance and transfer paradox and plurality knowledge, not only to organizations but to society at large, in order to protect pluralism, diversity and democracy against divisive forces that polarize and impede dialogue. The center provides opportunities for faculty and PhD students interested in advancing knowledge about paradox and pluralism.
