Miguel Pina e Cunha, Francisco Froes (MBA Nova SBE) and Arménio Rego (Católica Business School) signed an article in Líder Magazine about the return to the possible normality at work. After consulting a larger group of 17 executives this time, they identified four ideas at the heart of return to work management: Taking Up Space Again, social distance will interfere with the organization of spaces, paths and flows of people and in the organization of time; Recognizing, in times of crisis, when efforts are redoubled and emotionally charged, people's recognition takes on special meaning; Retain, teleworking showed that people can work with a sense of responsibility from wherever they are, is necessary to retain these practices and replace the old logic of hierarchical, visual-face control; and Re-educating, the relationship with customers and companies.
