Rosário André joined NOVA School of Business and Economics in 2008 as Visiting Assistant Professor (Adjunct), where she is responsible for the Field Lab – Equity Research and for teaching the Corporate Valuation course, in the Masters in Finance. Rosário has been engaged in investment banking for more than 15 years, of which 12 years serving with Deustche Bank de Investimento in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, structured finance, including project finance, asset-backed securitization, and crossborder leases, and as relationship manager for large corporate clients. She has also served as Director of Caixa BI in the structured debt department and is presently collaborating with Atrium Advisory and Atrium Investimentos in the corporate finance area. Rosário also works as an independent consultant to financial institutions, public regulators and municipalities, having an extensive experience in the analysis and renegotiation of concessions. She is currently a member of the Audit Committee of Caixa Banco de Investimentos and was a former member of the Audit Committee of Caixa Capital.
