Filipa holds a PhD in Management from Nova SBE, specialized in HRM. Her thesis received an award for the “best dissertation in the PhD in Management in the academic year of 2019/2020”. Filipa has been working for more than 20 years as a management consultant, advising national and multinational boards. Her research in aging and well-being at work has been published in top scientific journals.
