Samantha Sim is an Assistant Professor at Nova SBE. She received her Ph.D. in Business from Singapore Management University. Her research interests are in compassion and mindfulness at the workplace, as well as well-being and the workplace. Samantha’s research has been published in top management journals, such as Organisational Behaviour and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Applied Psychology and Academy of Management Journal. Samantha teaches Organisational Behaviour- and Human Resource- related courses. She is a co-director of the Nova Behavioral Lab also a member of the Leadership for Impact Knowledge Centre at Nova SBE.
