Johannes Ludwig is a PhD student in Economics at Nova School of Business and Economics. His research interests include political economy, development economics, migration, and the economics of conflict, with a methodological focus on applied microeconometrics. Prior to starting his PhD, Johannes gained experience through internships in macroeconomic research at LBBW, corporate research at PwC Germany, and asset and wealth management consulting at PwC Italy. He also worked as a student research assistant at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. Johannes holds an M.Sc. in Economics from Nova SBE and a B.A. in Business Studies from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg.
