PhD in History from the Institute of Social Sciences at the University of Lisbon. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Cantabria, Spain, and a Master’s degree in Contemporary History from the NOVA Lisbon. His research areas include economic and social history, the history and memory of the Portuguese industry, and oral history.
