Cristina graduated in Applied Mathematics and Computation. She started her career in BOSCH Thermotechnology Portugal, followed by an international career as logistic manager for Asia Pacific based in China. She developed her expertise in operations management, with a solid understanding of the entire supply chain, supported by lean management skills and a strong analytical and logical background. Still internationally, she embraced a challenge as PMO (Program Management Officer) for a group in the Paper & Packaging industry, Europac Papeles y Cartones, based in Spain, responsible for the project portfolio of a 4-year transformation program, developing her expertise in program and project management, business strategy, development and transformation. Back in Portugal, she joined a Portuguese group, Efacec, to define and implement the logistic strategy, resulting in the creation of the logistic transversal area that she became responsible for, followed by a challenge as Head of Supply Chain for Teka Portugal. She is currently general manager of the Bath Division for Rodi Industries. She completed a General Management Postgraduation, an Executive MBA and a Micro-Master’s in Supply Chain Management in parallel with her professional career. She is a trainer/professor in operations, supply chain and management in both business schools and companies. She inspires and leads others, has a strong willingness to take risks, and is able to reach objectives effectively, to name a few of her core strengths. She is considerate, collaborative, inclusive and always seeking new opportunities to work with and learn from different sources.
