Marion A.J. Richard is a postdoctoral researcher at NOVA. She completed her Phd at the Paris School of Economics and the Université Catholique de Louvain under the supervision of Flore Gubert (DIAL) and William Parienté (UCLouvain).

Her research interests lie at the intersection of development economics and political economy.

She has done research on conflict, climate change, gender norms and colonial policies as determinants and barriers to migration in developing countries.
