Inclusive Recruitment

Inclusive recruitment seeks to promote the employability of people with disabilities by providing greater access to opportunities in the labor market and companies hiring employees with disabilities.

There are two paths that companies can follow to achieve inclusive recruitment. On the one hand, they can adapt their internal recruiting process. On the other hand, they can choose external recruitment, which specializes in including people with disabilities.

Good Practices Manual

This is the result of the systematization of the good practices presented by the companies that are signatories to the Commitment to Inclusion, as a response to the main challenges they have identified on the subject of Inclusive Recruitment.

These good practices were worked on as part of the Inclusive Talks working session dedicated to these companies in January 2024 and then systematized by the Inclusive Community Forum team.

Recruitment and Selection Companies

Alongside recruitment and selection companies and Private Institutions of Social Solidarity dedicated to the lives of people with disabilities, ICF tested inclusive recruitment with recruitment and selection companies, through the HR4Inclusion pilot program, during the development of the employability topic.
