The positive impact assessment of five infrastructures in Cape Verde was reported in Jornal de Notícias. This project, financed by credit lines from Portugal, was requested by Camões – Instituto da Cooperação e da Lingua and carried out by Nova SBE NOVAFRICA Knowledge Center. The Figueira Gorda and Saquinho dams, on the island of Santiago, the photovoltaic power plant, on the island of Sal, and the modernization and expansion of the ports of Praia, in Santiago, and Porto Novo, in Santo Antão, were the infrastructures under evaluation.
