Management and Organizations

Bianca is interested in identity multiplicity, the politics between the many sides of who we are, liminal identities, and the porousness of identity borders. She uses ethnography and qualitative methods to explore these questions in subcultures and niche contexts. Prior to her PhD at HEC Paris, she received her J.D. from the Catholic University of Milan and my LL.M. from Stanford University, where she also worked as a researcher on impact investing and strategic philanthropy. She is a financial crime lawyer and an avid consumer of all kinds of cinema.

Bianca is interested in identity, learning, and liminality. She is particularly curious about niche contexts, such as queer performance and the guild of gondoliers. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion and the empowerment of stigmatized identities. She is also interested in exploring the drivers of prosocial behavior, especially in the context of impact investing and strategic philanthropy.
