Andreia Borges started her professional career at Sonae Sierra’s HR department and participated in significant outsourcing projects directed to
corporations such as EDP, SIBS and SEAT. Andreia was also devoted to research and academic endeavors at Católica-Lisbon School of Business
and Economics, and at ICPOL – the official research center of the portuguese police. In these institutions, she explored, respectively, the topics of
Sustainability and Leadership. On her PhD, Andreia studied the linkage between corporate political behavior and social responsibility. Her research
interests are focused on psychology, ethics and corporate social responsibility, corporate political activity, power behavior in organizations and ethical
leadership, corporate governance and strategic management.
