Adolfo Mesquita Nunes is a lawyer and a former politician. Has a degree in Law from Católica Lisbon School of Law (2000) and a Master in Legal
and Political Sciences from the University of Lisbon School of Law (2008), having published various articles about public procurement, public
arbitration and public litigation. Arbiter in Public Law. He was a Member of the Parliament (2011-2013) and Secretary of State for Tourism (2013-
2015). In government, led the liberalization and deregulation of the sector (travel agencies, hotels, short term rentals, sharing economy, touristic
animation, online gaming, rating systems, etc...) and defined a new public marketing strategy for Portugal as a destination (digital marketing, big
data, business intelligence, etc...)
