Catarina Holstein
Assistant Professor (Adjunct)
Management and Organizations

After graduating in Business Administration and finishing her Master in Marketing at Católica-Lisbon School of Business and Economics, Catarina Holstein spent six years working at Unilever, managing different brands in Portugal, Europe and globally.

She has then set herself on a 2-year personal development mission around the world, which she called “MLA – Master in Life Adventures” and that was later presented as a model at a TEDx talk. During her MLA, Catarina has gone through a series of experiences that equipped her with different competencies in communication and mindfulness. This path allowed her to reinvent herself professionally into a Talent Strategist, which she believes is the best reflection of what she does in all her professional activities: to facilitate human flourishing.

She is currently Head of Leadership School at Jerónimo Martins and Adjunct Assistant Professor of Communication at Nova SBE for the bachelor and master programs and at Nova SBE Executive Education for open programs. Furthermore, since June 2022, she is a Presence & Voice Teacher and Coach in training at The Patsy Rodenburg Associate Programme (expected to finish in July 2023).
