Hospitality & Innovation are the two key themes of his professional career that he spent in education (Hotelschool The Hague), consulting (Allegro INN ovations) and in operations (QL Hotels & Restaurants). As a consultant in hospitality strategy & innovation, he performed strategic assignments for leading (hospitality) companies in the Netherlands and abroad. He serve(d) on various committees and boards, he is a regular speaker and moderator at various events and writes columns for leading Dutch trade magazines for the hospitality industry. He is currently managing director of QL Hotels & Restaurants, a unique collection of 135 of the best small and authentic hotels in 10 European countries, an activity he combines with his consulting practice.
