The Students Exchange Office organizes a Welcome Meeting for incoming foreign exchange and study abroad students.
This event takes place on the Thursday before the beginning of each semester.
In the Welcome Meeting, you will receive some general information about the school, the location of the support services and classrooms, and you will know the relevant people, including your buddy (first-cycle only), whom you may call for advice and help as needed.
Second-cycle students have a Manager of Second-cycle Programs to assist them with any concerns they may have. First-cycle students enrolled on second-cycle program courses will be able to contact the Student Exchange Office if they require any additional support or information.

The MSN - Masters Student Network has been created to improve student life at NOVA Masters and to guide students in their initiative and motivation.
Several Student Clubs have risen under this MSN umbrella.
Professional clubs: NOVA Investment Club, NOVA Consulting Club, NOVA Women in Business Club, Communication Club, CEO Club, Consumer Goods, NOVA Economics Club, NOVA Social Consulting Club and TMT Club.
Social Clubs: Sports Club, Express Yourself Club, Wine and Food Club, Nova Hapiness Club and Nova International Club.

Throughout the school year the Student´s Union organizes several events and activities dedicated to students.
