Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Lisbon. She is an Associate Professor at Nova SBE, Academic Director of the Graduate Program in Applied Management (PGA), as well as a Coach at Nova SBE Executive Education in customized programs for companies from various industries. Researcher of the project “Transitions of temporary agency workers: causes, experiences and results” (2013-2015, with a research grant from the FCT) and was previously a researcher of the project “Labor relations with temporary workers: the importance of human resources management” (2009-2011). Lectures human resources management. His research focuses on leadership, human resources management, labor relations (namely temporary work, functional profiles, relational demands, stress, and well-being in services).
