The world demands rapid learning and adaptation and organizations understand that these requirements can only be met by looking at teams as units of change. The current context also requires greater autonomy from teams and, to this end, companies are looking for answers on how to lead teams in a less directive style and with more awareness and commitment, in other words, with a coaching approach.
Participants will develop the fundamental skills to perform the role of Team Coach, during a learning journey marked by active methodologies, immersive practical experiences and moments of supervision that will prepare them to lead teams and act as agents of change.
The program has been structured according to the quality standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) so that, at the end, participants will be eligible to apply for the ICF Team Coaching accreditation.
