In today's context of uncertainty and change, leading like a coach is fundamental to motivating teams, streamlining organizations and innovating. Leading like a coach also allows leaders to have greater balance in their day-to-day work. 

This program is for managers who want to add coaching techniques to their portfolio of leadership tools and methods. 

Through case studies, simulations, assessment and reflection tools, participants will be able to better understand the impact and applicability of coaching in their organizations as well as develop and expand new leadership skills, naturally aligned with their way of leading in their real context.

The Program

The program is essentially practical, focused on learning based on the participants' real context. 

CLASSROOM 

With a component based on case studies developed from real situations that allow us to understand how and when coaching can make sense in the light of other leadership styles. Coaching is then practiced in role plays with the support and feedback of all the participants. Each participant will prepare an individual action plan to implement in their real context 

REFLECTION 

One month after the classroom training, an online session will be held to reflect on the results.
